Customer service hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00AM - 4:00PM CST. Emails are responded to within 24-48 business hours. Please refrain from sending multiple emails regarding the same inquiry. Rest assured, we review all emails and will respond as promptly as possible. Sending duplicate messages may delay our response time. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
SHIPPING TIMES
We ship via USPS and UPS. Orders are currently being shipped within 24-48 hours. If an order is needed the same week, please opt for 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air for the best guarantee of timely delivery. Please note if an order is submitted on a Thursday evening or Friday, your order may not ship until the following Monday/Tuesday. We do not ship on weekends. Please take this into account when playing any sort of express order on a Friday after 12 pm CST.
You'll receive an automated email with your tracking information to follow the order's journey. While we do our best to estimate your expected delivery timing, please keep in mind that once your order leaves our warehouse, we cannot control the speed at which our carriers process your order.
PLEASE NOTE We are not liable for any delays within USPS, UPS, mother nature, holiday delays, or other unplanned situations but will work with you to make it right should an issue arise.

We want to make the checkout process as simple as possible for you! The best way to do that is to create a customer account. Once you create an account and log in on the next visit most of your information is pre-filled for you. This allows a quick and easy checkout experience.
ORDERS & PAYMENTS
Orders can be cancelled or changed if the order has not been fulfilled yet. Please reach out as soon as possible for any order changes/cancellations by emailing us at info@shopworthcollective.com. App orders cannot be edited or exchanged at this time, only canceled or items removed. Please include "order change" in the subject and provide your order number and contact information with any additional information regarding your request..
To get your items to you in a jiffy, your credit card is charged when you place an order. If an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, you’ll be issued a refund for that item and shipping charges and taxes will be adjusted accordingly.
DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONAL CODES
Worth Collective releases discount and promotional codes throughout the year to our customers and prospective customers during which time a duration of the promotion will be provided. Only ONE discount code or promotional offer can be used at a time. Follow us on social media to receive the latest offers.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
As a small business, we have found our niche in curating small collections, with low quantities, and always providing staple and on trend pieces. In order for us to continue to roll out new collections, our return policy is for STORE CREDIT and exchanges only if returned within 30 days from the delivery date of your order.
